DPR-40 and DPR-60 Notification of Compliance With Requirements of Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization (EA-02-261)(Order)
The Order, dated January 7, 2003, required that Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) notify NRC when compliance with the requirements of the Order had been achieved. On January 24, 2003, NMC indicated that all requirements specified in the Order would be completed by January 7, 2004 (ADAMS Accession ML0303101070).
The purpose of this letter is to notify NRC that NMC is in compliance with the Order and that all required actions have been completed.
Summary of Commitments This letter makes no new commitments and completes NMCs commitment to notify NRC when all required actions have been completed pursuant to Section III.C.2 of the Order.
