To discuss the license renewal application for Point Beach, Units 1 and 2, to be submitted in February 2004. A proposed agenda for the meeting is attached. Information on the license renewal program is available on the NRC web page at http://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/licensing/renewal.html.

This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
