Dear Mr. Byrne:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between R. Clary of your staff and B. Desai of this office on January 6, 2004, concerning an informational (Category One Public Meeting) which has been scheduled for January 28, 2004, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m (EST). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss V. C. Summers refueling outage 14 accomplishments and corrective action program improvements with NRC management. The location of the meeting will be at Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, SW, Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T25. This meeting is an open meeting in accordance with NRCs Policy statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings, May 28, 2002 (Federal Register Volume 67, Number 102, pages 36920 - 36924).
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRCs "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
