We are taking no current enforcement In this area while associated circuits are resolved.
NOTE: this ONLY applies to associated circuits. Valves required in required systems which must be repositioned are not associated. But the real thing Is that credit for recovery of this type of valve should be questioned.

Rebecca, whilst doing something else today, I remembered that the thing that started the whole MA issue at ANO was the failure to act somehow on IN 92-18. Mike Runyun stirred up the, whole honey pot. But for SDP purposes the analyst may need to know that manual operation of a valve that had spuriously operated may not be possible due to over-torque. The valves may even suffer damage. I suggest you talk to Mike.
