CHAIRMAN'S REQUEST I'm Informed that, after checking, the staff has Identified no outstanding commitment calling for a response
~~to Gov. Pataki In connection with Indian Point. A commitment to inform him after the access authorization orders were issued (in Chairman Meserve's Sept. 13. 2002 letter) was fulfilled by notice to the NY State Liaison Officer, but a separate letter was not sent to the Govemnor.
