We double checked. We are not aware of any correspondence in which there's an outstanding commitment to Pataki.
Thanks Paul

Thanks, but the question Isn't confined only to the 9113/02 letter - is OSTP aware of any other correspondence in which there's an outstanding commitment?
>>> Paul Lohaus 07/29/03 05:52PM >>>
Larry:
NSIR staff did contact us today on this, or a related, question. They asked whether we were aware of a September 13, 2002 letter from Meserve to Pataki. We searched our files and ADAMS and found nothing. I will reconfirm this first thing tomorrow. NSIR staff also Inquired about who we sent the access authorization order to in NY. It was the SLO.
Thus, we're not aware of any outstanding commitments that may require a further response.
Thanks Paul

PAUL: On Friday (7/25), the Chairman asked whether there was any outstanding commitment to get back to Gov. Pataki (in particular with respect to any Indian Point emergency planning-related matter). As you can see from the attached, Dick Wessman has checked with various staff offices and has not identified anything. Since, apparently, you were not contacted before, please let me know ASAP If there's anything you're aware of that calls for a further response.
