SUMMARY

The unit operated at full power with the following exception: November 26, 2003 - Unit shutdown was commenced to repair a hydrogen leak on the main generator. On November 27, 2003 - the unit was manually scrammed due to lowering vessel water level. The level transient was due to a stuck open Turbine Driven Feed Water pump discharge check valve. The check valve and the hydrogen leak were repaired, the unit was taken critical and the generator was placed online on November 28. The unit returned to full power on December 2, 2003.
