UNIT 2 MONTHLY OPERATING EXPERIENCE
SUMMARY
On November 11, 2003, at 2200 hours0.0255 days <br />0.611 hours <br />0.00364 weeks <br />8.371e-4 months <br /> the Unit returned to service after being shutdown for refuel outage D2R18 since October 14, 2003.
On November 13, 2003, at 0400 hours0.00463 days <br />0.111 hours <br />6.613757e-4 weeks <br />1.522e-4 months <br /> as load ramped up from outage D2RI 8 to approximately 67%, power ascension was secured due to a transformer leak. The Unit returned to power ascension on November 13, 2003 at 0700 hours0.0081 days <br />0.194 hours <br />0.00116 weeks <br />2.6635e-4 months <br />.
On November 13, 2003, at 1100 hours0.0127 days <br />0.306 hours <br />0.00182 weeks <br />4.1855e-4 months <br /> as load ramped up from the transformer leak issue to approximately 33%, load was reduced for a transformer relay issue to approximately 23% electrical output. The Unit returned to power ascension on November 13, 2003 at 1500 hours0.0174 days <br />0.417 hours <br />0.00248 weeks <br />5.7075e-4 months <br />.
On November 14, 2003, at 2000 hours0.0231 days <br />0.556 hours <br />0.00331 weeks <br />7.61e-4 months <br />, during ramp up to full power, load was reduced from approximately 79% to 63% electrical output to perform a control rod pattern adjustment. The Unit returned to full power operation on November 16, 2003 at 0500 hours0.00579 days <br />0.139 hours <br />8.267196e-4 weeks <br />1.9025e-4 months <br />.
On November 23, 2003, at 0300 hours0.00347 days <br />0.0833 hours <br />4.960317e-4 weeks <br />1.1415e-4 months <br />, load was reduced to approximately 63%
electrical output to perform a control rod pattern adjustment and collect Recirculation Pump data. The Unit returned to full power operation on November 23, 2003 at 2200 hours0.0255 days <br />0.611 hours <br />0.00364 weeks <br />8.371e-4 months <br />.
With the exception of short periods for routine maintenance, surveillances and the above occurrences, Unit 2 operated at full power throughout the remainder of the reporting period.

UNIT 3 MONTHLY OPERATING EXPERIENCE
SUMMARY
On November 15, 2003, at 0300 hours0.00347 days <br />0.0833 hours <br />4.960317e-4 weeks <br />1.1415e-4 months <br />, load was reduced to approximately 87%
electrical output to limit steam flow to the reactor steam dryer. With the exception of short periods for routine maintenance and surveillances, Unit 3 maintained reduced output throughout the remainder of the reporting period.
