Monthly Operating Report for November 2003 Attached is the monthly operating report for Limerick Units 1 and 2 for the month of November 2003 forwarded pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.1.6 and the guidance of NRC Generic Letter 97-02. The attached monthly operating report data has also been entered into the INPO Consolidated Database for the month of November 2003 for Units 1 and 2.

SUMMARY

Unit 1 began the month of November 2003 at 100.0% of rated thermal power (RTP).

On November 2r4 at 22:02 hours, reactor power was reduced from 100.0% RPT to 94.4% RTP for channel bow testing.

On November 3r0 at 05:37hours, reactor power was restored to 99.9% RTP. At 22:01 hours, reactor power was reduced from 99.9% RTP to 98.2% RTP for channel bow testing.

On November 4m at 05:23 hours, reactor power was restored to 99.9% RTP. At 22:03 hours, reactor power was reduced from 99.9% RTP to 98.6% RTP for channel bow testing.

On November 5"n at 03:20 hours, reactor power was restored to 99.9% RTP.

Unit 1 ended the month of November 2003 at 100.0% RTP.
