EXTENSION OF RESPONSE TIME FOR DIVESTITURE PLAN REGARDING INDIRECT TRANSFER OF THE AEROTEST RADIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH REACTOR (ARRR) TO AUTOLIV ASP, INC., AND AUTOLIV, INC.
Dear Gentlemen:
This letter is in response to Mr. Andersons letter of December 4, 2003. In that letter you requested additional time to consider potential options for divestiture of the ARRR from Autoliv ASP, Inc., and Autoliv, Inc. Based on telephone discussions between yourselves and Mr. Marvin Mendonca of my staff, you have agreed to provide the response, requested by my letter of October 7, 2003, on or before January 30, 2004.
