Further boroscope of RV Head above the cooling shroud (OP 2311.009) reviews for some areas. No boron.
RV head Flange Inspect the peripheral portion of the head external to Visual inspection of external surface of the shroud and flange (OP 2311.009) head flange. No boron identified Inside Cooling Shroud Inspect the CEDM nozzles to the extent practical for General inspection of all areas inside boric acid (not BMV) (OP 2311.009) shroud. No boron identified CEDM Nozzles UT of nozzle Inspect 2' above the J-weld to the blind zone of the 7010 UT probe revealed no Indications CEDM nozzle present in the 81 CEDM nozzles UT of J-weld Extent of J-weld next to nozzle to 0.060 depth 70t0 UT probe revealed no Indications present in the 81 CEDM J-welds Manual ECT of Threaded Blind zone on 75 of 81 nozzle ends near of threaded Manual ECT by various delivery End cone techniques. No indications LF ECT of Nozzle Annulus Examine a minimum of 1.5 below the counter-bore The LF ECT did not reveal any loss of using an acceptance criteria of 0.060" wastage depth carbon steel UT of nozzle Annulus Interrogate interference fit in nozzle annulus above J-The 7010 UT probe did not reveal any weld for leakage path leak path present In the annulus ICI Nozzles UT of nozzle Inspect 2 above the J-weld (except counter-bore 7010 UT probe revealed no Indications liftoff) to the blind zone of the CEDM nozzle present In the 8 ICI nozzles Manual PT of lower Extent Inspect blind zone on the 8 ICI nozzle lower extent 8 PTs conducted. 2 nozzles had indications that were further examined and removed by grinding BMV of ICI nozzles A 360° Inspection from Inside the cooling shroud BMV of all 8 ICI nozzles around using visual and boroscopics (OP2311.009) annulus. No boric acid detected UT of nozzle Annulus Interrogate interference fit in nozzle annulus above J-The 7010 UT probe did not reveal any weld for leakage path leak path present in the annulus Vent Une Nozzle ECT of wetted surface area Perform ECT of entire wetted surface of vent line The ECT examination did not reveal any l_____________
