' Consulting Inc. ("FTr') acquired the Business Recovery Services Practice ofPwC '(ihe "FTI acquisition") and it's open receivables. This Application covers the services performed by PwC personnel that were not transferred to FTI. Michael Hamiltori performed thermaj ority of the services billed on this Application. Mr. Hamilton. was hired by FTI on March 1'.
2003, and since that date, FTI has billed for his services.

The Firm hereby applies to the Court for allowance and payment of interim compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses incurred during the Application Period.
