Dear Mr. Myers:
This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to discuss your staffs improvement plans relating to corrective action program implementation weaknesses identified during the Corrective Action Team Inspection at Davis Besse. Focus will be in the area of engineering activities before and after plant restart. The meeting will be held on December 10, 2003, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (CST) at the Region III office, in Lisle, Illinois.
This meeting is open to the public. We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
