STPNOC will describe its experience in the implementation of each of the exemptions issued as part of the Special Treatment action dated August 3, 2001 (ML011990368). STPNOC will describe: (a) brief overview of exemption, (b) the implementation process including selection of in-scope structures, systems and components, (c) changes in reliability of structures, systems, and components as a result of selection process, and (d) need for corrective action, for each of the following exemptions:

Results of STPNOC self-assessment of Special Treatment exemption, implementation, and corrective actions taken.
