The meeting is a Regulatory Conference to obtain the licensees perspective on the significance of a preliminary White inspection finding related to the failure to implement adequate procedures for the Division I emergency service water (ESW) pump reassembly.
The finding is also an apparent violation and is being considered for escalated enforcement action. The preliminary White inspection finding is discussed in Inspection Report 50-440/03-06(DRP) issued on October 30, 2003 (ADAMS Accession No. ml033040217).
