TERMINATION OF ACTIONS IN THE FINAL SITE-SPECIFIC INTERIM COMPENSATORY MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
Dear Dr. Francis:
This letter responds to your letter of November 26, 2003. Your letter indicated that the University intends to terminate all actions specified in their final site-specific Interim Compensatory Measures (ICMs) implementation plan upon completion of the last shipment of research reactor fuel from the facility.
