DISCUSSION: This Morning Report is being issued to correct some inaccurate information provided in a Morning Report (MR 4-2003-0014) issued on November 28, 2003. Only one individual, a contractor, was found sleeping on two separate occasions. This individual was terminated. The person who declined to act as a witness was also a contractor, rather than a permanent member of the licensee's staff.
