Enclosed are 4 copies of the "Robert E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Training and Qualification Plan for Security Officers" (Revision 8) dated November 20, 2003. The revised section of the Training and Qualification Plan is being submitted under the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) as it does not degrade the security of the plant.
In order to facilitate NRC review, changes are described in a Synopsis of Changes and highlighted in the plan by a sidebar located to left of the revised text.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information, which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
