Summary Of Monthly Operating Experience Unit 4 operated at essentially 100% power until September 21, 2003. A power coastdown then commenced and continued through October 5, 2003. On October 6, 2003, Unit 4 was manually tripped in accordance with plant procedures from approximately 30% power to commence the Cycle 21 refueling outage. Unit 4 went on-line on November 5, 2003.
