NARRATIVE

SUMMARY

At the beginning of October, the DAEC had operated 163 days since completion of Refueling Outage 18. During the month, there were four departures from full-power operation:

(1) For a load line adjustment on October 16, (2) On October 17 to repair a steam leak, and perform a control rod sequence

exchange, (3) For a load line adjustment on October 19, and (4) For a load line adjustment on October 20.
