OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE October 2003 The unit began the month at 100% power.
Power was reduced to approximately 84% on 10/31/2003 at 2200 for Main Turbine Valve Testing.
Testing was completed at 2331 and the unit remained at 84% for the remainder of the month.
