Remember, it's an old report and not written iaw the new IMC 0612. The report does not tell the whole sorted story. If you need subsequent documents, let me know.
Subsequent to the report, we re-exited and told the licensee that the finding was indeed a violation of III.G.2. The licensee claimed backfit. The violation was upheld and reclassified as an apparent violations pending risk determination.
We are going to a reg conference July 10.
Please remember that the risk is officially GREATER-THAN-GREEN.
