Dear Mr. Christian:
By letter dated November 7, 2003, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. provided changes to the Technical Specification (TS) Bases for Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 2 (MP2). The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has no objection to the changes. The enclosed TS pages are being distributed for inclusion in the MP2 TSs.
