Enclosed are the NPDES monthly report forms for the month of October 2003. No violations occurred during this period. Although the permit comments state to leave the data area blank, data codes were used for daily sample requirements per the direction of Mr. Erm Gomes of the Ohio EPA Northeast District Office, until the permit is modified. In addition, the MDL for the chlorine analysis was increased to 0.04 mg/L on October 20, 2003, after verification through standard analysis practices.
