After the rulemaking plan is approved, we are expecting OE to issue Interim Enforcement Policy with the Commission's approval. David Diec is the project manager for the rulemaking and our contact in OE is Rene Pederson. This may claify things for those licensees that have feasible manual actions.

As I understand it we are waiting on rule making to make the desired changes for regulating "feasible manual actions.!
