8/22/02 3:43PM Re: Further explanation of dry cask storage allegation Hello Mr. O'Connell; I made an error in my attachment letter, dated August 19, 2002 in which I stated NUREG in liu of Reg.Guide. As you are aware that USNRC endorsed many standards such as ANSI N45.2, ASME NQA-1-1 989 for enforcement and the implementation of 10CFR50 Appendix B through Reg. Guides such as Reg. Guide 1.64, 1.28, 1.152, etc.
Please accept the following attachment in leu if the last one submitted on August 19, 2002. For your convenience, I have marked my corrections in red collor.
