M. Wayne Hodges Robert O'Connell Fri, Mar 22, 2002 11:54 AM Record of Conversation On March 13, 2002, I met briefly with Oscar Shriani concerning his allegations against Holtec and UST&D. He mainly reiterated the discrimination complaint being investigated by Rgn IlIl but did discuss his inspection at UST&D.

I asked him to provide a copy of his findings so that they could be used to follow up on his claims. He has not yet provided that information. He also was seeking employment as either a consultant or to teach a QA course for the NRC. I directed him to Ken Raglin to discuss developing a course for the NRC.
