Cook Nuclear Plant Unit I and Unit 2 SENIOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of senior management organization changes within the American Electric Power Nuclear Generation Group of Indiana Michigan Power Company.
Effective October 27, 2003, Mr. Joseph N. Jensen will assume the position of Site Vice President. Mr. Michael J. Finissi, who served as the interim Site Vice President, will resume his duties as Plant Manager. Additionally, Mr. John A.
Zwolinski, who had assumed the role of Acting Vice President, Nuclear Engineering, will resume his duties as Director of Design Engineering and Regulatory Affairs.
This letter contains no new commitments.
