Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 Notification of Full Compliance with Order EA-03-038, Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Fitness-For-Duty Enhancements Applicable to Nuclear Facility Security Force Personnel
Dear Sir or Madam:
Section III C.2 of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC's)
April 29, 2003, Order Requiring Compensatory Measures Related to Fitness-For-Duty Enhancements Applicable to Nuclear Facility Security Force Personnel (EA-03-038) ("Order") states that "All licensees shall report to the Commission when they have achieved full compliance with the requirements described in Attachment 2."
This letter constitutes the response (in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4) of Indiana Michigan Power Company (I&M), the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant (CNP) Units 1 and 2, Facility Operating Licenses DPR-58 and DPR-74, to the Order.
Section II of the Order states that "[fun order to provide assurance that licensees are implementing prudent measures to achieve a consistent level of protection, all licenses identified in Attachment 1 to this Order shall be modified to include the requirements identified in Attachment 2 to this Order."
I&M has fully implemented, and is in full compliance with, the requirements identified in of the Order as of October 4, 2003.
