ISSUANCE OF ORDERS MODIFYING SECURITY MEASURES This is to inform the Commission that Immediately Effective Orders were issued on October 31, 2003, to Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc., to modify the general license for their proposed independent spent fuel storage installation at Millstone Station to require compliance with specified interim safeguards and security compensatory measures.
Communications with internal and external stakeholders regarding the content and issuance of the Orders is being accomplished as described in the NMSS Communication Plan.
