Dear Mr. Teng:
I am responding to your letter dated October 16, 2003, addressed to Ms. Marissa Bailey/NRC requesting the termination of registration certificate Nos. NR-643-D-101-S and NR-643-D-102-S.
Please note that we have inactivated these certificates and forwarded them to you with our letter dated October 26, 2000. For your information, I have attached a copy of this letter and a copy of the inactivated registration certificates. However, due to an oversight, your billing has not been discontinued. We are notifying our Licensing Fee and Debt Collection Branch (LFDCB) about this oversight and ask them to correct the records.
