REVISION OF SCHEDULE FOR THE CONDUCT OF REVIEW OF THE VIRGIL C. SUMMER NUCLEAR STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION
Dear Mr. Byrne:
Enclosed is the revised schedule for the review of the Virgil C. Summer license renewal application. This schedule has been revised to change the dates of the optional final inspection, and the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) Subcommittee meeting on the safety evaluation report (SER) with open items. In addition, the references to the ACRS Full Committee meeting on the SER with open items scheduled for December 2003, and the ACRS Subcommittee meeting on the SER scheduled for May 2004, have been deleted.
