3 Unplanned automatic scram due to low reactor water level following an inadvertent trip of a Feedpump during Feedpump testing. Human Performance items were addressed. Plant equipment checks were performed and evaluations concerning equipment operating margins were initiated.
Summary: Other than the September 24 scram an unplanned manual power reduction to 60% power was performed on 9110103. The power reduction was due to a small fire at the "B" Reactor Feedpump Turbine which required shutting the Feedpump down.
