American Electric Power Names Joseph N. Jensen Site Vice President at D.C. Cook Discussion:
On October 21, 2003, American Electric Power (AEP) Corporate Communications announced that effective October 27, 2003, Joseph N. Jensen will assume the duties of site vice president at the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant in Stevensville, Michigan.
Mr. Jensen will join AEP from the Nuclear Management Company where he was plant manager at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant. Prior to that, Mr. Jensen held management positions of increasing responsibility at the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Station. Mr. Jensen was also the project manager for Northern States Power Company's High Level Waste (HLW) initiatives where he provided the strategic planning and implementation of legislatively mandated HLW programs.
