Dear Mr. Putnam:
By letter dated October 10, 2003, to the NRC, the BWROG withdrew the subject licensing topical report (LTR). The BWROG stated that with the issuance of the revised rule, Section 50.44 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, this LTR was no longer needed.
Therefore, all work associated with TAC No. MB2228 is complete.
