OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE September 2003 The unit began the month at 100% power.
Power was reduced to approximately 96% on 09/06/2003 at 0200 for Moderator Temperature Coefficient Testing (PSTP-4). Testing was completed and the unit returned to 100% power on 09/07/2003 at 1321.
