Facility Organization Change License R-120 Docket No. 50-297 Effective 13 October 2003, Andrew T. Cook will be assigned the duties of Associate Director, Nuclear Reactor Program as defined in the Technical Specifications for the North Carolina State University PULSTAR reactor. Mr. Cook replaces Gerald Wicks, Acting Associate Director, Nuclear Reactor Program. This change is being reported as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.
