Docket No. 50-0184, License No. TR-5 The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has complied with the requirements of the applicable attachment to the Order dated October 3, 2002 for advance planning of a shipment by highway of spent nuclear fuel in excess of 100 grams. NIST has made arrangements to comply with those requirements for the period immediately preceding the shipment, for the spent fuel transit, and for the short time span following completion of the shipment.
