09/11 - 09/21 Phase 1: Opened turbine control valve to maintain reactor power at 100% as Reactor Coolant temperature decreased.
09/21 - 09/23 Phase 2: With turbine control valves wide open, monitored the drop in reactor power as Reactor Coolant temperature approached the minimum limit for the given power level.
09/23 - 09/30 Phase 3: Closing turbine control valves as reactor power decreases to maintain temperature above the minimum limit for the given power level.
