SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM SEMI-ANNUAL PERFORMANCE DATA REPORT CORRECTION OF INFORMATION On August 20, 2003 (Serial Number 03-446), Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted the Semi-Annual Fitness for Duty (FFD) Program Performance Data Report for January 1, 2003 through June 30, 2003 pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71 (d).
We were recently advised by the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO) that in of our August 20, 2003 submittal, INPO's Performance Data report contained an error (i.e., a tabulation for one positive test had not been carried through to the total). We have included the corrected INPO FFD data report in its entirety as an attachment to this letter. We request that you replace the INPO FFD data forms of our August 20, 2003 letter with the pages of this revised report.
