Place: 235 Pine Street, 22nd Floor San Francisco, California t2640 NOTICE OF HEARING ON INTERIM COMPENSATION APPLICATIONS OF PROFESSIONALS AND FINAL EXPENSE APPLICATION OF CREDITORS' COMMITTEE MEMBERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing will be held before the Honorable Dennis Montali, at the United States Bankruptcy Court, 235 Pine Street, 22nd Floor, San Francisco, California, on November 13, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. to consider (i) the Applications for Allowance of Interim Compensation of the Professionals listed on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §331, for services rendered and costs advanced in the amounts and for the periods set forth in Exhibit A, and (ii) the Application for Final Allowance of Expense Requests by Official Unsecured Creditors Committee Members, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §503(b)(3)(F), in the amounts and for the periods set forth in Exhibit A.

Pursuant to the Second Amended Order Establishing Interim Fee Application and Expense Reimbursement Procedure (Revised, March, 2002) entered herein on March 18, 2002, the time records of the applicants may be accessed by the public at BMDS, 246 First Street, Suite 202, San Francisco, California 94105. Any Professional whose application is the subject of an objection may file a reply to such objection no less than seven (7) days prior to the hearing.
