Information on Individuals Possessing Access to an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Ladies and Gentlemen:
In reference to the June 12, 2003, letter received from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that requested personal information about individuals who are granted unescorted access to an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation or who have access to Safeguards Information, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) has previously met this requirement by complying with a January 14, 2003, NRC request for such information.
In accordance with the January 14, 2003, request, on March 18, 2003, FENOC submitted the results of the review of our records of those individuals who had unescorted access or access to Safeguards Information. This information was provided in the electronic format requested by the NRC (Reference Davis-Besse Serial Letter Number 2945).
