This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to discuss the results of the Corrective Action Team Inspection and System Health Inspections conducted at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, as part of the implementation of NRCs Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 0350, Oversight of Operating Reactor Facilities in a Shutdown Condition with Performance Problems. The meeting will be held October 8, 2003, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (EDT) at the Davis-Besse Administration Building Energy Education Center, 5501 N. State Rt. 2, Oak Harbor, OH 43449. This meeting is open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
