Enclosed are 4 copies of Revision "W" to the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan.
This revision is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50.54(p) since it does not degrade physical security effectiveness.
Revision "W", dated September 18, 2003, consists of modifications to the Protected Area Access Control Program as a result of the addition of a Biometrics identification system (Hand Geometry). In order to facilitate NRC review, changes to the text are highlighted.
The enclosures to this letter contain Safeguards Information, which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance with Part 73.21 Code of Federal Regulations.
