Volunteering for Rev 9 Operator Exam Rich Conte ;

On April 11, 2003 in a phone conversation will John Caruso on our upcoming 120 day letter for the Initial Operator Exams scheduled for the week of August 11,2003 , I confirmed that we would volunteer to participate in the Nureg 1021 Revision 9 Pilot program . John confirmed that this would be indicated on the 120 day letter.

I had a question about when the Waivers needed to be requested to give the SRO upgrade candidates the 25 question written exam should they choose that option and what documentation was needed to confirm their requal status ? I also need to know how to document the greater than 2 year GFES requirement exception for the candidate we had previously discussed ? He asked me to present these questions to you via e-mail. I will be looking forward to your e-mail response.
