("PG&E') on August 19, 2003, is hereby re-set for September 16. 2003 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Dennis Montali, located at 235 Pine Street, 22nd Floor, San Francisco, California.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the deadline for filing and serving any written opposition to the Motion, pursuant to Rule 9014-l(c)(1) of the Bankruptcy Local Rules for the Northern District of California, will remain the same notwithstanding the change of hearing time. Accordingly, any written opposition to the Motion and the relief requested therein must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served upon appropriate parties (including counsel for PG&E, the Office of the United States Trustee and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors) at least 14 days prior to the originally scheduled hearing date (by September 2, 2003). If there is no timely opposition to the requested relief, the Court may enter an order granting such relief without further hearing.
