On 04-09-03, a contractor tested positive for amphetamines on a pre-access test. The individual was denied unescorted access and was offered an opportunity to appeal. There was no appeal and the individual's status remains as denied.
On 03-03-03, a contractor employee tested positive for alcohol on a pre-access test. The individual was denied unescorted access and was offered an opportunity to appeal. There was no appeal and the individual's access remains denied.
On 04-09-03, a contractor employee tested positive for alcohol on a pre-access test. The individual's access remains denied at present.
