Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 1 and Unit 2 SENIOR MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION CHANGES IN THE NUCLEAR GENERATION GROUP The purpose of this letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of senior management organization changes within the American Electric Power Nuclear Generation Group of Indiana Michigan Power Company.
Mr. Joseph E. Pollock, Site Vice President, resigned from American Electric Power effective July 25, 2003. Mr. Michael J. Finissi, Plant Manager, will serve as the Acting Site Vice President in addition to his current role until a replacement is named. Mr. John A. Zwolinski, Director of Design Engineering and Regulatory Affairs, has assumed the role of Acting Vice President, Nuclear Engineering, in addition to his current role.
