We sent out a threat advisory to tell licensees to control info with excessive design details. I was not aware that Entergy would put the EP and TS into that category. We are working internally and will hopefully be able to give some additional guidance to licensees in the near future. In the mean time, the licensee's requests are reasonable given our message and actions to date;.

Tom/Bill - Attached is a request from Entergy dealing with new handling instructions for FSAR/TSs/EP.
The one that caught my attention was that superceded paper pages should be shredded. I presume we normally would simply recycle or trash. Do we now have to use sensitive material disposal containers?
Do we know if this was driven by some NRC expectations or if Entergy is doing this on their own (trying to figure out if we need to be changing practices for all PMs or just you guys)?
