COMMENTS on the EXAM OUTLINE

\r 1. Page 3 of 27, Form ES-401-1 (SRO). There are two questions for 295037 SCRAM Condition.... Should choose another topic for second SRO only question. {Licensee agreed, problem arose when converting Rev.8 outline to Rev.9)

2. Page 26 of 27, The SRO ONLY total has 7 generic topics which does not agree with the count which is I O plus 7 from the SRO ONLY outline. Problem with the ES form as used. (Le. had separate outline for the SRO and RO. crs4.d 4&d/7 ,

3. Page 2 of 8 should be identified as Form ES 301-1 Page 3 of 8 should be identified as Form ES 301-2 Page 6 of 8 should be identified as Form ES 301-1 Page 7 of 8 should be identified as Form ES 301-2

4. Page 1 of I O . Event is either C or Mbut not both.

5. Page 2 of I O . The numbers do not add up correctly. The form is similar to ES 301-5

6. Scenario #I. It is not clear that there are operator actions for the one stuck control rod and the failed open BPV. This will be verified at the site during prep week.

7. Scenario #2. I and N are the same event. Also R is one event verses two events.
